WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ACCENT - YOUR DELTA BC MOVER:

1. Upon booking your relocation, we will send you a confirmation putting everything in writing so that you can be assured there will be no surprises.
2. The truck will arrive on time and the crew foreman will present you with the contract to review prior to loading so that you may have a chance to agree to all the terms and conditions. This will be emailed to you in you confirmation package so you will have had plenty of time to review prior.
3. The crew will professionally pack your whole home prior to loading either the day before or the same day, depending on the volume. (if you choose this service)
4. All furnishings will be tagged and listed. Everything will be noted for its current condition. The tags will keep track of the whole shipment and will protect against lose or damage.
5. The professional crew will load the truck as safely and efficiently as possible using premium blankets for maximum protection against damage during transit.
6. When the loading is complete, the crew foreman will provide you with a copy of the Pick-Up Bill Of Lading and a complete list of goods being shipped for your records.
7. If required, your shipment will be scaled for accuracy at a government certified scale.
8. Your shipment will then be in transit and will arrive at your new destination on the requested date.
9. The crew will then unload and set everything up that they disassembled and will place everything to your satisfaction.
10. You would have checked everything off from the list sheets during the unloading process so when the unloading is complete you would be 100% satisfied that all belongings had been delivered.
